Steve Dabrow serves as Chairman of Chelten House Products, continuing to provide leadership, experience, and strategic guidance to the company following more than 20 years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Steve has been with Chelten House for more than 35 years and has played a defining role in shaping the company’s growth, capabilities, and long-term vision.

Under Steve’s leadership, Chelten House expanded into organic manufacturing and evolved from primarily producing the Chelten House brand to becoming a leading private label manufacturer for major retailers. During his tenure as CEO, the company experienced significant growth, expanding to more than eight times its size over the course of a decade.

Steve has overseen the construction and expansion of Chelten House’s manufacturing facilities, along with significant investments in state-of-the-art process rooms and production capabilities that continue to provide the company with a competitive advantage. With a vision to establish Chelten House as a leader in culinary products, Steve also championed the integration of culinary expertise into product development, building a team of chefs focused on creating authentic, high-quality products for customers.

Steve has served for more than 20 years on the Board of Directors of the Association for Dressings & Sauces, including two terms as Chairman. In 2013, he was recognized as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® for the Philadelphia region.

As Chairman, Steve remains actively involved in supporting Chelten House’s long-term strategy and continued success, ensuring that his experience and perspective remain an important part of the company’s future.
