Jason
Dabrow

As the fourth generation to continue the Chelten House legacy, Jason Dabrow serves as Chief Executive Officer of Chelten House Products, a role he assumed in September 2026. With more than 20 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, Jason has built his career at Chelten House, beginning on the plant floor at the company’s New Jersey facility and taking on roles of increasing responsibility across the organization.

In 2013, Jason led the greenfield startup of Chelten House’s Las Vegas facility and went on to direct the site’s operations for three years. He later returned to New Jersey to serve as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and people functions. In 2020, Jason was promoted to President and COO, where he led the company’s day-to-day operations through a period of significant growth and development before becoming CEO in 2026.

Jason received his B.S. in Agribusiness Management from Penn State University and his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where he graduated with high distinction and as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma national honor society.

Jason currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Association for Dressings & Sauces, sits on the advisory board for Penn State’s Agribusiness Management program, and is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
